barley, oysters, beans, nuts, red meat (keep this to a minimum), pumpkin seeds,

technically, there is no way to protect yourself during oral sex on a woman.
There's also no real way of telling what's up down there before diving in. Look
out for discharge of various kinds - pussy yellow or green discharge or milky
discharge can all be pointers to STDs. Also look out for cold sores on her mouth
and corners of her nose.
