Mogasm (MG) is a subscription based contact and dating service. By using this service you agree to the following:
1.Hostess profiles are contracted by Mogasm, for the specific and intent purpose of welcoming subscribers and chatting to them, in order to provide a more enjoyable experience. Their profile pictures and nicknames do not necessarily reflect their true identity. Hostesses are bound by a code of conduct as set out by Mogasm, and are liable in terms of any breach thereof. As with all chats, do not provide any confidential information, credit card or any other details to any of the Hostesses. Mogasm reserves the right to add or remove Hostess profiles at any time. Errors will be billed for.
2. Your profile, including your photo will be made publicly available and other users as well as the general public will be able to rate you and initiate chats with you and MG has full permission to publish your profile and photo for such purpose. MG has permission to use your profile and photograph in its advertising and promotions.
3. You must be over 18 to use MG and should anyone under the age of 18 be found on MG then MG shall have the right to remove that user and take any further action it deems necessary. Any adult user who knowingly enters a chat with a user that has admitted to being underage will be banned from the site and legal action may be taken. Racism in any form will not be tolerated and racist users will be banned.
4. In the interests of safety as well as quality of service MG reserves the right to investigate any account and user history. Anyone found selling airtime for any purpose on the site shall be banned and MG reserves the right to take further legal action if it deems necessary.
5. MG will not accept any responsibility for the content of the communications between yourself and other users. NB Safety Notice: Be careful when giving out personal details, phone numbers or addresses. Never give out credit card numbers. People who engage in online/mobile communication may not be who they seem. If u do arrange to meet someone, make sure u meet them during the day or in a crowded place & tell a close friend or family member where you are going & what time you expect to return. Always close your browser once you have finished chatting to prevent other people gaining access to your profile on your cellphone. Keep your cellphone with you at all times.
6. MG will not be held liable for any loss, harm or damage incurred by you as a result of using this service and that you agree to indemnify and hold MG harmless in this respect. U will use MG in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. U wont include in your profile any offensive references, or offensive language, or any confidential info of any third person, and u won't post any images containing personal info about others.�U wont engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other users to buy or sell any products or services through the site. U wont express or imply that any statements u make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent. U won't harvest or collect personal info about other users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their consent.�
7. You take full responsibility for exchanging contact information with other users and with meeting or establishing contact with them and will not hold MG liable for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result there from.
8. MG and its affiliated companies may contact you with regards to promotions.
9.U are 18 years or older and u have the bill payers permission to use this service
10. Gifts are billed for from your prepaid or contract cellphone account, per successful delivery.

12. When you decide to buy a gift, we will attempt to bill your cellphone account
13. If your order is accepted, we will affect an express purchase, and reserve funds from your
account. Your gift may then be delivered.
14. A gift may not be delivered if you have insufficient funds
15. You will not be able to cancel this purchase once requested.
16. We may only confirm delivery of gifts and not the read status.
17. We will not bill for pending purchase requests still outstanding after 24 hours
18. In the event of a system technical error, from the WASP or cellphone network side, we will
deliver your gift to the recipient, where possible.
19. If the gift you sent to another member is not opened by the time that item reaches position
11 in the chat thread, the gift falls off the chat thread as only ten chats are accommodated
in one chat thread.
20. If you have been blocked by another user, the gift will
not be delivered, no charge will be affected.
21. Subscriber's errors will be billed for.
